So even if the adult isn’t able to manage their feelings safely, you can build a buffer with your kids so they don’t feel the full steam of it.
Your Article: Sometimes when we get along on this path of emotional awareness we can start to see the roots of off-track behaviors in others. Sometimes that awareness can create just the wedge that has been needed for some healing of old hurts (and sometimes it just means its easier to hold your shields up for the small amount of time you have to be in the presence of triggering behaviors ❤️ )
